Educators & Groups

The Star-Spangled Banner Flag House prides itself in offering a variety of educational, exciting and interactive experiences for school children and other groups.  We also offer discounted admission to groups, making it possible for more people to take part in the story.

Group Admission

Parties of 15 or more can enjoy the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House at a reduced rate.  Prices per individual are as follows:

$6 Adult
$5 Senior (55 and Older)
$5 Military
$4 Student (Grades K through 12)

Thanks to a generous grant from Bank of America, the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House can provide free bus transportation for Baltimore City school groups visiting our site.  Minimum group size is 40 students.  Please call us at 410-837-1793 for more details.

Group Programs

These educational resources are ideal for students, homeschoolers and Scouts.  The Pre-Visit contains materials for those planning a visit to the Flag House.  The Post-Visit is a great follow-up to your trip.

Reservations

Reservations are required and need to be made as early as possible, preferably two or more weeks in advance.

Payment

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation.  Deposits can be applied to rescheduled tours for any changes made two or more weeks in advance.

Adult Supervision for Student-Aged Visitors

One adult per 10 school-aged visitors is required.

Food Service

Food service is not available, but space for enjoying a bag lunch or afternoon snack can be made with advance notice.
